POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Life Kids Director will serve as the primary administrator for Life Kids (6mo - 5th grade) and all related children’s ministries. They will lead the spiritual development of our children and ministry volunteers through discipleship, teaching, training and equipping. Gifts in administrative oversight and strategic implementation are necessary requirements. The Life Kids Director must believe God has a purpose for them in this ministry and demonstrate strong faith and commitment to Jesus Christ with the ability to share that faith with children, families, and the church at large.
