how to thrive at life kids:

  • Life Kids is for Toddlers (at least 6 months old) through 5th grade during our in-person gatherings on Sundays at 11:00 a.m. ONLY

  • When you arrive for the first time, please visit the smiling faces at the Welcome Center who will check in your kids.

  • If you’ve already registered, go to the Check-In Table to sign in and print off a name tag for you and your child.

  • Parents/Guardians, please keep your name tag with you. When you pick up your kid(s) after the service, volunteers will match your name tag with your child’s to ensure the safety and security of all children.

  • Please keep your mobile phone on vibrate during the service. If your child needs you, we will call or text you to come assist them. To ensure your kid(s) can fully engage, please DO NOT send them to Life Kids with a mobile phone.

  • Speaking of safety, our Security Team makes rounds throughout the church to ensure every area is secure. In addition, every volunteer must complete a background check and receive training before they can serve with Life Kids.

Grow Curriculum is what we use to disciple children in Life Kids. Grow is designed to help kids grow closer to Jesus. Every week they’ll hear directly from God’s Word, taught in engaging and age-appropriate ways. Parents absolutly LOVE Grow! They provide resources to help continue the conversation from our lessons at home, and give parents the tools they need to help disciple their kids. Without volunteers your ministry couldn’t run, so that’s why we pack Grow with tons of amazing volunteer training, celebration ideas, and resources to help them be successful.

These are examples of Grow teaching series we have used in Life Kids!

child dedication

Join us on June 8th for Child Dedications! There will be a brief church-wide dedication as part of the 11:00 service with a ceremony for family & friends immediately following the service.

As the ECC states, "The emphasis in child dedication is on the personal pledge of parents to raise and nurture their child in a loving Christian home. There is anticipation and hope of the child’s future personal commitment of faith in Jesus Christ.

Every member of the body of Christ is asked to commit to the support, care, and nurture of each child who is dedicated, through word and action, in the hope that the child will respond in faith to the loving presence and grace of Jesus Christ."
